The "Hella Classy" package includes set-up and clean-up, table and tableware, decor, rug, floor cushions, pillows, customized board message, and two hours to picnic luxury style.
The "Hella Glamorous" package includes set-up and clean-up, table and tableware, decor, rug, customized board message, fringe umbrella, two beach chairs with backrest, and two hours to picnic luxury style.
The "Hella Fancy" package includes set-up and clean-up, table and tableware, decor, rug, floor cushions, pillows, customized board message, teepee tent, and two hours to picnic luxury style.
The "Hella Boujee" package includes set-up and clean-up, table and tableware, decor, rug, floor cushions, pillows, beach cabana, and customized board message.
The "Hella Luxurious" package includes set-up and clean-up, table and tableware, decor, rug, floor cushions, pillows, customized board message, teepee tent, fringe umbrella/s, an instant camera with 10-pack film (camera is borrowed to use during the picnic, keep your photos!), two beach chairs, and two hours to picnic luxury style.
If you would like to include food with your package, we partnered up with a local vendor to provide you with individual or group charcuterie box/es (assortment of cheese, meats, accoutrements, and crackers). The boxes can be customized to vegetarian, gluten, or dairy-free.

We only coordinate with Affinage, and we cannot pick up any food orders from other locations or vendors.
If you are interested in adding items to your picnic package, please submit a contact form before booking your picnic and let us know which items you want to add. The list of available add-ons is listed below. If you have already booked your picnic but would like to add something to your package, please contact us and let us know to add the item to your package and coordinate additional payment.
The color scheme and theme of each picnic are based on the customized board message. If you are hosting a picnic for a male, we will use neutral, male-friendly colors, etc. If you have a color scheme preference, please let us know! We try to accommodate most requests. If your request requires items not listed on the package, the cost for your picnic may increase.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your food and snacks. If you would like to include a charcuterie box/boxes in your package, please place your order via Affinage, and we will bring your order with us to your picnic. We only coordinate with Affinage, and we cannot pick up any food orders from other locations or vendors.

Picnics hosted at Baker Beach or Crissy Field require a permit. We take care of the permit process and include the permit fee in your package. The permit fee for these two locations is included in the package options listed on our "Book Now" page.
If you have another idea for a picnic location, please contact us with your request before booking a picnic. We will accommodate most requests based on the location's accessibility, permit requirements, and parking availability. To navigate our equipment, we try to set up in areas that are accessible and where parking is widely available.

We do not setup in areas not permitted by the City and County of San Francisco, such as the Palace of Fine Arts, The Legion of Honor, Dolores Park, the Dutch Windmill at Golden Gate Park, and other Golden Gate Park landmarks. Please note that the city does not permit setups at these locations, and citations may be imposed.
We will email you a map and directions with the approximate picnic setup area at the location you selected. On the day of your booking, we will text you once we arrive on-site and will provide any updates. Once you arrive and are settled in, we will leave. If you decide to leave before your time is up, please contact us via text so that we can arrive earlier to cleanup.
If your children will not require a seat and place setting at the table, you do not need to include them in the total guest count. We assume most children will be playing or running around and will not take part in the picnic, so there is no need to include them in the count as this will incur additional costs for seating.
We will be checking the weather on the week leading up to your reservation, and we will connect with you ahead of time to discuss options if there is rain on the forecast on the day of your picnic. There are no cancellation fees to reschedule your booking due to rain.
We do not offer refunds once a booking is made. We can reschedule your picnic or issue a future credit if you need to cancel your booking as long as you notify us 72 hours in advance. There are no cancellation fees to reschedule your booking due to the weather.
No shows or same-day cancellations will not be issued a future credit.
